Coaching is not therapy nor is it consulting.

In coaching we do not spend time dwelling on or discussing past events at length. We may visit the past only to find out what has worked or not worked for you. As a Coach, I am not here to diagnose or give direction. If at any time it appears that further help is needed, I will refer you to the proper professional. I generally will not offer advice unless you specifically ask, at which time, I will make it clear that I am not coaching, but putting on my consulting hat. You, the client, are the one with the answers. As a Coach, I assist you in the process of revealing them to yourself through specific tools and approaches that I feel will best benefit you.

Coaching is all about you, what you desire, and allowing yourself to take powerful action and steps towards that awesome life you deserve to be enjoying.
