Originally from the Midwest, Phoenix, Arizona has been Joni’s home for over the past 25 years along with her husband and two daughters.Her professional career has been focused in the Accounting and Administration field ranging from Human Resource Manager to a Staff Accountant/Controller in companies as small as one-person offices to Fortune 500.

Joni’s passion has always been people and relationships.Over the past 15 years, she has been involved in various ministries and organizations that have allowed her to follow her passion. Life Coaching became just a natural step in her journey.

Joni’s model for coaching includes challenging, structuring, enthusing, celebrating, and acknowledging the client’s pursuit of authenticity in their personal life and relationships. Her personal motto is “Life is too short to fake it!!"
